- Add the chopped lobster pieces to the skillet, gently tossing them with the garlic.
- Warm the lobster for 3-5 minutes, ensuring it is heated through but not overcooked.
- Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon zest, and half of the chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Pour the creamy lobster bites onto a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the remaining parsley on top and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Don’t overcook the lobster; it's already cooked. You can substitute lobster with shrimp or chicken if desired. These bites pair wonderfully with white wine or a fresh salad.
