  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Divided into two tablespoons for sautéing garlic and two for mixing.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Increase if you love garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest Adds freshness to the dish.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnishing and flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season as desired.
  • Lemon wedges, for serving Enhances flavor when served.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped lobster pieces to the skillet, gently tossing them with the garlic.
  4. Warm the lobster for 3-5 minutes, ensuring it is heated through but not overcooked.
  5. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon zest, and half of the chopped parsley.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Pour the creamy lobster bites onto a serving platter.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining parsley on top and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Don’t overcook the lobster; it's already cooked. You can substitute lobster with shrimp or chicken if desired. These bites pair wonderfully with white wine or a fresh salad.
