Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until they become translucent.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed onions and garlic with the shredded cabbage, heavy cream, half of the bacon, and half of the cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika before mixing well.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese, breadcrumbs, and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serving
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy as a side dish or main course!
