Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pepper jelly, green onions (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Take each triangle of dough and place a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture at the wider end. Roll the dough tightly toward the pointed end.
- Place the rolled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping them at least an inch apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Once they’re out of the oven and cooled slightly, arrange them on a platter.
Notes
Tips: Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. You can experiment with different jellies or add crumbled bacon/chicken to the filling for more flavor.
