Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you gather your ingredients.
- In a skillet, drizzle a little olive oil and sauté the diced onion and celery until softened, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed veggies, stuffing mix, chicken broth, cranberries, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix it by hand until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Cooking
- Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let them sit for a minute before serving.
Serving
- Serve warm with a side of cranberry sauce for dipping.
Notes
If you have leftover turkey, you can use it instead of ground turkey. Prepare the mixture a day ahead and refrigerate; just bake when ready to serve.
