Ingredients

Mocktail Base
  • 2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice or unsweetened)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup sparkling water, club soda, or ginger ale (chilled) Ginger ale adds sweetness
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup simple syrup or honey syrup (optional; adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (optional, for garnish and texture)
  • pieces pineapple slices or wedges (for garnish)
  • sprigs fresh mint (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes or an ice ring for a pretty punch bowl
  • 1–2 cups vodka, rum, or sparkling wine (optional, adjust per taste) For adults

Method

Preparation
  1. Chill everything first. For best fizz, make sure your cranberry and pineapple juices are cold.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine 2 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups pineapple juice, and the 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. Stir briefly to blend.
  3. Add 1/4 cup simple syrup if you like sweeter drinks. Start small — taste, and add up to 1/2 cup if needed.
  4. Add a handful of fresh cranberries, pineapple slices, and a few mint sprigs to the pitcher.
  5. Right before serving, pour in 1 cup chilled sparkling water, club soda, or ginger ale. Stir gently.
  6. Ladle into glasses filled with ice, garnish with extra mint and a lime wedge.

Notes

Tips: Don't add the soda too early to keep the fizz. Use unsweetened cranberry juice and diet ginger ale for a lower-sugar option.
