Preparation
- Chill everything first. For best fizz, make sure your cranberry and pineapple juices are cold.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine 2 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups pineapple juice, and the 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. Stir briefly to blend.
- Add 1/4 cup simple syrup if you like sweeter drinks. Start small — taste, and add up to 1/2 cup if needed.
- Add a handful of fresh cranberries, pineapple slices, and a few mint sprigs to the pitcher.
- Right before serving, pour in 1 cup chilled sparkling water, club soda, or ginger ale. Stir gently.
- Ladle into glasses filled with ice, garnish with extra mint and a lime wedge.
Notes
Tips: Don't add the soda too early to keep the fizz. Use unsweetened cranberry juice and diet ginger ale for a lower-sugar option.
