Preparation
- Rinse the celery stalks under cool water and pat them dry. Chop them into logs about 3-4 inches long.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until everything is well integrated.
- Generously fill each celery log with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed logs on a platter and give them a dusting of powdered sugar.
- If time permits, chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for better flavor integration.
Notes
Feel free to taste and adjust flavors as you go. These logs can be made a day in advance—just add the powdered sugar just before serving.
