  • 4-5 stalks large celery stalks Chop into logs about 3-4 inches long.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped Can substitute with walnuts.
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste depending on preferred sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) For added flavor.
  • A sprinkle powdered sugar For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Rinse the celery stalks under cool water and pat them dry. Chop them into logs about 3-4 inches long.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until everything is well integrated.
  3. Generously fill each celery log with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed logs on a platter and give them a dusting of powdered sugar.
  5. If time permits, chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for better flavor integration.

Notes

Feel free to taste and adjust flavors as you go. These logs can be made a day in advance—just add the powdered sugar just before serving.
