- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Mix until smooth.
- Add the chopped pecans, cranberries, minced rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Place the cheese mixture in the center of a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap it tightly to form a ball shape.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Once chilled, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in any extra chopped pecans.
- Serve on a platter with crackers, veggies, or apple slices.
Notes
This cheese ball can be made a day in advance. Allow it to soften for 30 minutes before serving. Feel free to substitute the rosemary for other herbs of your choice.
