Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix your softened cream cheese, honey, orange zest, and cranberries until well combined.
- Take one tortilla and spread a generous layer of your cream cheese mix over the top.
- Sprinkle half of your chopped pecans evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Starting at one end, gently roll the tortilla up tightly. Repeat the process with the second tortilla.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, unwrap and slice into bite-sized pinwheels.
Notes
You can substitute large flour tortillas with whole wheat or corn tortillas. Feel free to swap out the pecans for walnuts or omit nuts altogether. Making these a day in advance allows the flavors to intensify.
