Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix your softened cream cheese, honey, orange zest, and cranberries until well combined.
  2. Take one tortilla and spread a generous layer of your cream cheese mix over the top.
  3. Sprinkle half of your chopped pecans evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Starting at one end, gently roll the tortilla up tightly. Repeat the process with the second tortilla.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Once chilled, unwrap and slice into bite-sized pinwheels.

Notes

You can substitute large flour tortillas with whole wheat or corn tortillas. Feel free to swap out the pecans for walnuts or omit nuts altogether. Making these a day in advance allows the flavors to intensify.
