- Form the mixture into a loaf shape.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Baking
- Slather the glaze generously on top of your loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in a prepared baking dish or a lined loaf pan, and bake for about 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Once done, let the meatloaf sit for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and green beans.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling the meatloaf mix a day in advance. For picky eaters, add finely chopped veggies like bell peppers or carrots.
