  • 1 cup Shrimp, cooked and chopped Use any variety of cooked shrimp.
  • ½ cup Crab Meat, preferably lump crab
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted For brushing before baking.
Garlic Bread Dough
  • 1 Garlic Bread Dough (store-bought or homemade) Use pre-made dough for faster prep.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Roll out the garlic bread dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares (about 4 inches per side).
  2. Place a generous scoop of the shrimp and crab mixture in the center of each square.
  3. Carefully fold the corners of the square over the filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Place the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Serving
  1. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
  2. Serve with extra butter on the side for dipping.

Notes

Using store-bought garlic bread dough saves time, but homemade dough adds a special touch. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or add hot sauce for extra flavor.
