Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the loaf of garlic bread into rounds or strips without cutting all the way through.
Cooking
- Gently pry apart the slices and spoon in the crab and shrimp mixture generously.
- Transfer your stuffed loaf to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover it with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Serving
- Serve hot, optionally paired with a fresh salad or marinara for dipping.
