Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 cup crab meat lump or claw—check for shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 pieces green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or your favorite seafood spice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Garlic Bread
  • 1 loaf fresh garlic bread ready-made

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the loaf of garlic bread into rounds or strips without cutting all the way through.
Cooking
  1. Gently pry apart the slices and spoon in the crab and shrimp mixture generously.
  2. Transfer your stuffed loaf to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover it with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, optionally paired with a fresh salad or marinara for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to substitute crab with your favorite seafood. Don’t worry if some filling spills out; it's part of the fun! Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
