Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces lobster tails Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced Adjust amount for personal taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice For a zesty finish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the lobster tails on a cutting board. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the shell lengthwise without slicing all the way through.
  3. Gently pry open the shell slightly to expose the lobster meat.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Generously spoon the cowboy butter over the exposed lobster meat.
  2. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and the internal temperature reaches about 140°F (60°C).
Serving
  1. Ladle any remaining cowboy butter over the lobster and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
  2. Optionally, serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.

Notes

For the freshest taste, use fresh lobster tails. Frozen tails are also acceptable, as long as they are fully thawed before cooking. Consider adding cayenne pepper or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
