Preparation
- Preheat Your Grill or Oven: If you’re using a grill, preheat to medium-high heat. If you prefer baking, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Your Lobsters: Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Whisk Up That Cowboy Butter: In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the Butter Over the Lobster: Generously spoon the cowboy butter over the lobster meat, ensuring it’s well-coated.
Cooking
- Cook the Lobster Tails: For grilling, place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and grill for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and the shell turns a vibrant red. For baking, place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve and Enjoy: Plate the lobster tails, squeeze a bit of lemon over the top, and enjoy!
Notes
If the meat isn’t coming out easily, give it another minute or two. Serve with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad.
