Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, coconut cream, and sea salt. Stir until well combined to achieve a sticky yet moldable consistency.
- Using your hands, scoop out the mixture and mold it into a dome shape. Place your formed dome on a chilled plate or tray.
- Refrigerate the coconut dome for about 30 minutes to help it hold its shape.
Assembly
- Once chilled, spread your favorite chocolate spread over the top and sides of the coconut dome.
- If desired, sprinkle extra shredded coconut and chopped nuts on top.
- Slice into wedges or serve whole as a centerpiece.
Notes
For an added touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the dome before serving. This dessert keeps well in the refrigerator for up to three days.
