Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and a pizza stone if you have one.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread a generous layer of Thousand Island dressing on the dough.
- Evenly sprinkle Swiss cheese over the sauce, followed by sliced corned beef and drained sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle caraway seeds on top if desired.
Baking
- Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Serving
- Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
For optimal pizza, use pre-made dough for convenience. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
