  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to preference

Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, warm the heavy cream over medium heat. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  2. Once the cream is hot but not boiling, gently stir in the Boursin cheese until it melts and creates a creamy texture.
  3. Add the minced garlic, fresh chives, and parsley. Stir until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve warm over proteins like chicken or roasted veggies, or as a dip with crusty bread.

Notes

For a zesty twist, add a splash of lemon juice. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to three days.
