Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and add the melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside for later. Unroll each cinnamon roll slightly and place a dollop of your apple mixture on top before rolling it back up.
Assembly and Baking
- In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the rolled cinnamon rolls side by side. Sprinkle chopped pecans between layers if desired.
- Pour any remaining apple mixture over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the apples are bubbling.

- Drizzle the reserved icing over the warm lasagna and serve.
Notes
