Method
Mixing the Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy—about 2 minutes.
Adding Whipped Cream
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
Assembling the Pie
- Spread the peanut butter filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing it out evenly.
Melting the Chocolate
- Melt the chocolate chips until smooth and drizzle them over the top of the pie.
Chilling
- Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
You can use different types of chocolate (semi-sweet, dark, or milk) based on preference. For a twist, consider adding crushed pretzels or cookies for extra crunch.
