Ingredients

For the filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Natural peanut butter can be used for variation.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Greek yogurt can be used as a lighter option.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For assembly
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Using a pre-made crust saves time.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted Can substitute with chocolate sauce for drizzling.

Method

Mixing the Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy—about 2 minutes.
Adding Whipped Cream
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
Assembling the Pie
  1. Spread the peanut butter filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing it out evenly.
Melting the Chocolate
  1. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth and drizzle them over the top of the pie.
Chilling
  1. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

You can use different types of chocolate (semi-sweet, dark, or milk) based on preference. For a twist, consider adding crushed pretzels or cookies for extra crunch.
