Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
For the Topping
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
For the Crust
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it’s fluffy.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently to create a smooth and creamy mixture.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly across the base.
  2. Top your creamy layer with the cherry pie filling, dolloping or drizzling as desired.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, slice into pieces and serve.

Notes

You can add crushed almonds or walnuts on top for extra crunch. Substitute fresh cherries or other fruit toppings for a twist. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
