  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.

  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Scoop the fluff into dessert cups or a large bowl, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and top with fresh cherries if desired.
