  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced Turkey or chicken can be used for a healthier option
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Chopped green onions For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until nicely coated.
  3. Add the sliced smoked sausage to the potato mixture, then pour in the ranch dressing. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture onto a large baking sheet, spreading it out evenly.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving and enjoy!
