Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface and divide it into strips about 1-2 inches wide.
  3. Roll each strip into a bone shape by forming a long tube and pinching both ends.
  4. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese along the center of each bone, fold the dough over to encase the cheese, and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Whisk together the egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush this mixture over each breadstick and sprinkle with salt.
Baking
  1. Place the shaped bones on the baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Allow the breadstick bones to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

For an interactive Halloween night, let everyone create their own bone shapes, and serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
