Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your cooked pasta, shredded chicken, fresh broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Baking
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
If your sauce looks lumpy, don't worry—everything will meld together during baking. For a lighter version, use whole wheat pasta and low-fat Alfredo sauce.
