  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Main cheese ingredient
  • 1/2 cup milk For creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
Aromatics and Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning For flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil and sauté finely chopped onions and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent (about 3–4 minutes).
Cooking
  1. Mix in the shrimp, crab meat, and scallops. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque.
  2. Lower the heat and pour in the milk and heavy cream. Stir in Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Pour the seafood mixture into your pie crust, spreading it evenly. Optionally, sprinkle more cheese on top.
  2. Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before slicing.

Notes

You can use frozen seafood, just make sure to thaw and drain well before use. Leftover seafood works great too! Don't worry about lumps in the sauce, just stir them out.
