Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet, brush each with olive oil for a golden finish.
- Spread about ¼ cup of tomato sauce on each flatbread, leaving an edge for the crust.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.
- Add your choice of toppings such as pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, or any of your favorites.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
- Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses and prepped toppings for convenience. This recipe is great for using up leftovers.
