- Fill the halved avocados with the tomato and mozzarella mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
- Top each stuffed avocado with a whole basil leaf and drizzle a little more balsamic glaze if desired.
- Serve immediately, optionally with a side of whole-grain crackers or a salad.
Notes
Consider storing filling separately to prevent browning of avocados. Also, cherry tomatoes can save time on chopping.
