- Drain the corn in a colander and rinse it lightly under cold water to wash away any excess sodium.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Toss in the minced garlic when the butter is bubbling and fragrant. Sauté for about 30 seconds until it’s sizzling.
- Mix in the drained corn. Season with salt and pepper to your preference. Stir everything to combine.
- Let it cook for another 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Transfer your corn to a serving bowl, sprinkle with your chosen herbs, and serve.
Notes
Consider adding garlic powder for extra flavor or a squeeze of lemon for zing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
