Main Ingredients
  • 2 cans 15 oz cans corn (sweet corn or kernel corn)
  • 3 tablespoons butter Butter makes everything better
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on your love for garlic
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish Optional, but adds a fancy touch

  1. Drain the corn in a colander and rinse it lightly under cold water to wash away any excess sodium.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  4. Mix in the drained corn. Season with salt and pepper to your preference. Stir everything to combine.
  5. Let it cook for another 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  6. Transfer your corn to a serving bowl, sprinkle with your chosen herbs, and serve.

Notes

Consider adding garlic powder for extra flavor or a squeeze of lemon for zing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
