Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well-coated.
Assembly and Baking
- Place puff pastry cups on a baking sheet and cut the brie into small chunks, placing a piece in each cup.
- Top each cup with a generous spoonful of the candied pecan mix.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is gooey.
- Let them cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
Feel free to mix in other nuts or fruits like walnuts or almonds. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of days.
