Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until golden and crispy, or bake it in the oven to avoid splatters.
  2. Slice the bagels in half and toast them to your preferred level of crispiness.
  3. Spread a generous layer of mayo on each toasted half of the bagel.
  4. Layer the shredded Romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, diced avocado, and crispy bacon on the bagels.
  5. Sprinkle fresh chives on top for added flavor and presentation.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cap the bagels with the other half and serve immediately.

Notes
