Ingredients
  

For the sauce
  • 1 cup butter (salted) Use salted butter for richer flavor.
  • 1 cup fresh lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces Frozen lobster works too.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice About half a lemon.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds great aroma and flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley For garnish and freshness.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter gently.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped lobster meat and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Just before serving, stir in the chopped parsley.

Notes

Frozen lobster can be substituted. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove.
