Cooking Steps
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter gently.
- Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped lobster meat and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Just before serving, stir in the chopped parsley.
Notes
Frozen lobster can be substituted. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove.
