  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved The juicier, the better.
  • 1 ball fresh burrata cheese Should be fresh for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze Add more if you like it saucy!
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Freshly minced for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread into thick pieces, about ¾ inch each, and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle sliced bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Toasting the Bread
  1. Toast the bread in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Preparing the Topping
  1. In a bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate while the bread is toasting.
Assembly
  1. Once the bread has cooled slightly, place a scoop of burrata on each slice.
  2. Top with marinated tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil.
  3. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top before serving.
