Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and cut the fresh broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded carrots, chopped red onion, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  2. Gently toss the ingredients together.
Preparing the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk until well blended.
Combining the Salad
  1. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss gently until the salad is well-coated.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Chilling
  1. Allow the salad to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
