Preparation
- In a bowl, combine your ground meat, mashed blueberries, crumbled feta, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and some salt and pepper. Mix well but avoid overworking the mixture.
- Form the mixture into patties. Choose your preferred size.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Prepare Aioli
- While the burgers are cooking, combine the jalapeño aioli ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust spice levels as desired.
Assembly
- Once your patties are done, place them on the buns and drizzle generously with the jalapeño aioli. Add any additional toppings as desired.
Serving
- Serve with a side of sweet potato fries or a salad.
Notes
Chill patties for about 30 minutes before cooking to help them hold together. Don’t skip the aioli for a flavor boost. Oil grill grates to prevent sticking.
