Preparation
- Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper, stovetop, or microwave without butter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Sift the cocoa powder into the melted chocolate and mix until well blended.
- Add the red food coloring and stir until the mixture is evenly colored.
- In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn and drizzle the chocolate mixture over it. Toss gently to coat the popcorn.
- Sprinkle with salt and toss again to distribute.
- Spread the popcorn on a lined baking sheet and let it set for 15-20 minutes.
- Add sprinkles if desired before serving.

Notes
