Ingredients
  

Cheese Base
  • 1 round 1 round of brie cheese (about 8 ounces) Brie can be substituted with camembert or goat cheese.
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade) Can be substituted with fig jam or apple chutney.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts Optional, but adds a delightful crunch.
  • to taste Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish Adds a nice touch of flavor and presentation.
Serving Suggestions
  • 1 piece A baguette, crackers, or your favorite dippers for serving Choose according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top of the brie.
  4. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the cranberry sauce.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey but not oozing.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your chosen dippers.

Notes

Feel free to double the recipe for larger gatherings, and consider using dried fruits instead of nuts for a different texture.
