Marinate the Beef
- In a bowl, combine the beef, black pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes while you prep your vegetables.
Cook
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry everything together for another 5 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
- Taste and adjust salt as necessary.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Chop vegetables in advance for quicker prep. High heat is important for stir-frying. Feel free to use any leftover veggies you have.
