Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or vegan meat.
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembling
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pickles, chopped
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce Use a generous amount.

Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and fragrant.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Lay out your flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Layer each tortilla with a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles.
Adding the Sauce
  1. Drizzle your favorite dressing over the top, ensuring to cover all the delicious ingredients inside.
Rolling the Wraps
  1. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep everything snug.
Heating and Serving
  1. You can serve them immediately, or for a crispy touch, grill each wrapped Big Mac for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Slice in half and enjoy!

Notes

Customize to your taste by adding crispy bacon or avocado slices. These wraps are great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
