Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning For flavoring
  • 4 large tortillas Flour, for a soft wrap
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup thousand island dressing Or your favorite dressing

Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, until there’s no pink left.
Seasoning the Meat
  1. Drain any excess fat if desired, then stir in the taco seasoning.
  2. Cook according to the packet instructions, about 2-3 minutes.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and place the cooked beef mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and pickles on top.
  2. Drizzle with thousand island dressing.
Wrapping Up
  1. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to the top.
Serving
  1. Cut the wrap in half to reveal the layers and serve immediately.
