- Add the sautéed broccoli and cheese to the mixture and stir until combined.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set and lightly golden.
- Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Serving
- Slice the quiche into wedges and serve warm, ideally paired with a crisp autumn salad.
Notes
Feel free to swap broccoli for spinach or add caramelized onions for extra flavor. If making your own pie crust sounds daunting, a store-bought crust works just as well.
