- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon—approximately 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- While your beef is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the grated Parmesan, letting it melt and thicken.
- Gently toss the tortellini into the creamy beef mixture, ensuring every piece is well-coated. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
