Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Pat the beef ribs dry with paper towels to avoid sogginess.
- Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and cover them tightly with more foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours.
- After baking, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully uncover them.
- Brush on a generous amount of barbecue sauce.
- Optional: Put them back in the oven uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
Serving
- Slice between the bones and serve.
- Consider adding coleslaw or corn on the cob for a complete feast.
