- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add applesauce, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is beautifully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and pour the batter inside. Spread it evenly.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Allow it to cool completely before slicing if you can resist.
Notes
You can add chopped nuts or chocolate chips if you want. Adjust cook time slightly if you add extra ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week. Freeze for longer storage.
