Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Whisk in the lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes until slightly set but still jiggle in the middle.
- Once it’s done, let it cool for a bit, then pop it in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.
Serving
- Serve your baked yogurt topped with a drizzle of honey, some berries, nuts, or your favorite toppings.
Notes
Baked yogurt keeps well in the fridge for up to three days. Cover it tightly to avoid absorbing fridge odors. Experiment with flavors by adding cocoa powder or cardamom!
