Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, along with salt and pepper. Stir to blend.
Cooking
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and coat them with the lemon-butter mixture.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until chicken is golden.
Serving
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Make ahead and refrigerate before baking. Adjust cooking time if using chicken thighs.
