Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss your shrimp with a pinch of salt, pepper, and the paprika.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Lay your seasoned shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over each shrimp.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
If your little ones aren’t fans of shrimp, swap it out for chicken tenders, adjusting the cooking time accordingly. Extra topping can be saved for baked veggies or pasta.
