Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberry sauce, shredded Havarti, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Making the Topping
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, poppy seeds, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush the topping mixture over the slider buns.
Baking
- Top each turkey patty with a slider bun and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground turkey for chicken or plant-based alternatives. Sliders can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to bake. Extra cranberry sauce can be served on the side for dipping.
