Preparation
  1. Toast your bread slices in a toaster until perfectly golden.
  2. In a small bowl, scoop out and mash the ripe avocado, leaving some chunks for texture.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese into the avocado mixture and gently combine.

  1. Spread the avocado-feta mixture generously over each slice of toasted bread.

Notes
