- Start by washing your cilantro and jalapeños. Then, chop them roughly.

- Squeeze in lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Blend one last time until well combined.

Notes
You can store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Use as a marinade for grilled veggies or fish. For a milder version, remove seeds from jalapeños.
