Preparation
- Start by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the dry rub mix all over the ribs, ensuring every nook and cranny is coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cooking
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, cutting them in half if needed.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Increase the heat to 400°F (200°C) for the last 5 minutes to crisp the ribs.
- Let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting into them.
Notes
Store any leftover ribs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also reheat them in the air fryer.
