Preparation
- Chop fresh pineapple into chunks if using fresh; measure frozen pineapple if using.
Blending
- Add pineapple chunks, honey (or agave), and lime juice to the blender.
- Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Freezing
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe dish and cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until firm.
Serving
- Take the sorbet out of the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.
- Scoop and serve, optionally garnishing with a mint leaf or lime slice.
Notes
If the sorbet is too hard, let it thaw slightly before scooping. For variations, use different fruits while maintaining the same proportions.
